Hello Goddess! I am Parveen.
The story behind the name 'Goddess Nail Studio'.
Parveen mentions, there is a long history in Indian mythology where people believe and worship gods and goddesses. Goddess is a feminine source of power in her culture. She has the power of manifestation, abundance, shakti (power), wisdom, fertility, wealth and beauty. Parveen believes the same and wants to treat and make every woman feel like a goddess. So she named her nail salon 'Goddess Nail Studio'.
She is an award winning nail tech, Brillbird Nail Educator (Auckland), and a proud owner, artist and creator of 'Goddess Nail Studio'.
Parveen is a Fine Art graduate from Whitecliffe College of Arts & Design, Auckland. She pursued her passion for ceramics for nearly 7 years in her home country. She comes from a creative background and have always been well versed with cosmetics, so doing something in the beauty industry was always at the back of her mind.
She gained interest in doing nails and after moving back to New Zealand in 2018, she enrolled with a nail academy for Foundation Certificate Course in Nail Technology to have better understanding and full knowledge about nails.
She worked as a fully qualified nail technician in 2019 at one of the nail salons in Auckland. She keep herself upskilled with latest trends and techniques in nail industry.

Looking at Parveen's skills and creativity she was offered to be a Brillbird Nail Educator (Auckland) in 2021. She has won Silver medal in Novices category at New Zealand Nail Competition in 2023.
She specializes in Nail Art and have placed 2nd place twice in the Online Nail Art Competition in 2019 and in 2020 during the lockdown which was judged by international celebrity judges. She won 1st place in Online Nail art competition in 2021 based on 'Valentines day nail art'. All nail art is hand painted. Below are a few art winning pieces she painted for competitions.
Parveen is an entrepreneur and work fulltime at her studio and by appointments only. There is a small waiting area a fancy green couch for you to sit and relax and you can choose hot or cold beverages from the drink menu while you wait for your appointment.

If you want a customized set of nails for a special occasion, please book right services and time in advance to secure your spot with nail art service and make sure you book the art time slot correctly to avoid disappointments. You are most welcome to share any inspiration for nails if you have any or you can leave in my suitable hands.
