Terms & Conditions Apply.

By booking in with Goddess Nail Studio you agree with our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policies mentioned below.

Bookings at Goddess Nail Studio are strictly taken by appointments only. NO WALK-INS please. 

Online booking is available for everyone. Only if you are unable to book appointment through GNS online booking system you can contact through email or by text. Phone calls during working hours may not be attended/answered as I'd busy with a client.

The time you chose for your personal appointment (booked online, text or email) is very valuable to me; I respect your time, so please respect mine too. I'd request you to arrive with an idea of what you’d like on your nails. Please come 10 minutes prior to your appointment so you have time to go through your nail inspos. I also kindly ask for at least 48 hours advance notice when cancelling or rescheduling your booking (please see our Cancelation Policy below for fees applicable).

All services are timed differently. Please do check the description of the services you are booking in for. All the services have full description so you can avoid disappointments.

If you come to your appointment and find you haven’t booked correctly (e.g. You wanted extensions but booked a manicure; you want art but didn’t book extra time; you haven’t booked removal but need product removed; etc), and you decide not to receive any service at that time, you will be charged in full for the service and time you booked for regardless.
If you are unsure about what to book for (it can be nail length, nail art, rebalances/backfill etc) or if you’ve booked for the correct service, please send me a text message as soon as possible and ask for help to book for correct service (you are welcome to ask any question, no question is silly!).

You will be notified: Any change in service prices, you will receive an email with the update of the changes at least a month prior notice. So please do read emails coming through from Goddess Nail Studio.

If you are a new client and booking in for a backfill appointment, please make sure you are booking for right service. If you have any questions, please ask away through my social media channels or email or via text. 

Childrens in salon: IMPORTANT**

I would highly recommend making some arrangements for your child before coming to your appointment. I can understand if you are unable to make any arrangements for your child, i don't mind you getting them in the salon as long as they are sitting in one place. I have taken lots of efforts to create this beautiful salon and it is not child friendly due to unique, delicate decor pieces in the salon. 

I cannot guarantee the pristine service I do if there are distractions, bodies moved around and tables bumped. Please feel free to send me a text, if you have any queries regarding children in the salon.

I only provide gel services. Minimum age for Gel polish manicure or nail extensions is 14 (or 12 with parental permission, as a one-off service). No guarantee of service be long lasting than 2 weeks, as children nails are in maturing stage till the age of 16.

Cancellation Policies:

  • Any cancellations after the reminders goes out (that is within 48 hours) are charged $40 regardless of the situation. 

  • If you CANCEL or show a NO SHOW on the day of your appointment, you will be CHARGED FULL PRICE for the appointment you have booked and which is to be paid immediately or before your make your next appointment to avoid disappointments. 

  • If you don't agree to pay, your future appointments will be forbidden.

  • If you arrive late to your appointment, your service will be abbreviated in order to serve next client on time.
